In the last decade, Craig co-founded and spearheaded an exciting venture—a series of indoor mini golf restaurants. Over the past 5 years, he played a pivotal role in the successful design and construction of five 10,000 square foot mini golf pubs spanning Northern California, from the scenic landscapes of Tahoe to the bustling tech hub of Silicon Valley.
